Snow Day!
We got a foot of snow last night and since Sophie got a new snow suit for Christmas we decided to venutre out (well, venture outside the front door at least). While Dave shoveled the street, we did some exploring along the street.
Removal of the Tail
Well, it’s about that time. The tail had a good run, but to begin 2011 we decided that instead of being business in the front and a party in the back, we’d be business all the way around. Tail, you’ll be remembered fondly.
We’re walking!
It’s been a step here and a step there – but she’s finally getting the hang of it. When Benson isn’t knocking her over she’s actually getting in a good 5-7 steps. Here’s a short video. And here’s another from just a day later. She’s gettin’ good!
Happy New Year!
New Year’s Eve we spent with our friends, Rebecca and John, and New Year’s Day we relaxed at home. What a good start to 2011! (Thanks Auntie Aleen for this cute New Year’s outfit!)
Merry Christmas!
An Early Christmas and The First Steps!
9 Month Check-up
On Friday Soph had her 9 month doctor’s visit. We found out she weighs 20.14 lbs, which still puts her in the 90% area for weight. We were also given the go ahead to try and introduce some soy back into her diet to see if she can tolerate it now. Fingers crossed she’s outgrown her colitis issues.
Later that night she spend some quality time reading with dad…
