The weather was amazing this past weekend so we decided to spend a few hours in the azalea garden a few blocks from our house. 
Also, this weekend Sophie finally met her Gra-nana (great nana), who has been in Vencie since she was born. Pictures are on nana’s camera, but when I get them they’ll be uploaded. She’s a lucky little girl – she has three great grandmas and one great grandpa to visit.
Dave and Sophie spent some quality time together this weekend (while Dave spent some quality time with his iPhone)

Today Benson is 4 years old! I can remember the first time we met him at the shelter in North Philly. He was so excited to meet us and was wagging his tail so hard that his whole back end was wagging. He’s still that happy every time we come home. Happy Birthday to the best dog in the world! .JPG)
In an effort to make Sophie and Benson great friends Dave tried to bring them closer. Benson isn’t quite there yet… and Sophie doesn’t seem to notice him either way. We’re sure they’ll be friends soon enough…
